Katerina Haslam-Jones has more than 25 years’ experience working with major corporations and international banks across the world and specialises in corporate transactional matters and commercial disputes. Before setting up her own practice in London Katerina worked for leading international law firms including Norton Rose and Mayer Brown.
Katerina advises on a broad range of legal issues relating to corporate finance, private equity and principal investing activities, including negotiating various business acquisitions and restructurings, share acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Katerina negotiates settlements, debts acquisitions and business terms in commercial contracts. She also conducts transaction management for multi-jurisdictional business acquisition, complex multi-jurisdictional arbitration proceedings and commercial disputes. Katerina graduated from Harvard Law School and she is a member of American and New York Bar Association.
